Electronic signature disclosure
Last updated October 9, 2026
Please read this before you sign. It explains your rights when you receive and sign documents electronically, as required by the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
1.What you're agreeing to
By checking the consent box and signing, you agree to receive this document and related notices electronically, and to sign it with an electronic signature. Your electronic signature is as legally binding as a handwritten one. Your consent covers only the document you are being asked to sign and the notices about it, unless the sender separately agrees otherwise with you.
2.Getting a paper copy
You can ask the sender for a paper copy of this document at any time, before or after you sign. Contact the sender using the details in the email you received. The sender decides whether to charge a fee for paper copies. SignMaster does not.
3.Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent to do business electronically before you sign. Choose Decline on the signing page, or contact the sender and tell them you want to sign on paper instead. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect the legal effect of anything you signed electronically before you withdrew. It may delay the transaction while the sender arranges paper documents.
4.Changing your email address
If your email address changes, tell the sender so they can send future documents to the right place.
5.What you need
To view, sign and keep your documents you need:
- a current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox on a computer, tablet or phone, with JavaScript enabled;
- an internet connection and an email account;
- a way to view and save PDF files, such as the browser itself or a PDF reader, if you want to keep a copy.
You can read this page, and the document is shown on screen before you sign. That confirms you can access the documents in the electronic form they are provided in.
6.Keeping a copy
When everyone has signed, you'll get an email with the completed document, including a certificate of completion. Download and keep it. You can also download the document from the signing page once it's complete.
7.About SignMaster
SignMaster is a product of Master Software Solutions LLC, which provides the signing service to the sender. The sender, not SignMaster, is responsible for the document and the transaction. Questions about the service itself: support@usesignmaster.app.
