For small businesses

E-signatures and scanning for any small business

Whatever you sell, somebody has to sign something: a customer agreement, a waiver at the front desk, an offer letter, a vendor contract. SignMaster handles all of it from any browser, scans the paper that still shows up, and costs one price for a small team.

What small businesses get signed

  • Customer agreementsService agreements, accepted quotes and terms. Send them the day the customer says yes, while they still remember why.
  • Waivers and releasesPrint a QR code for the front desk or put a link on your booking page. Each person signs their own copy on their phone.
  • Offer letters and policiesOffer letters, handbook acknowledgments and policy sign-offs. Some government forms, like Form I-9, have their own e-signature rules, so check before you use any tool for them.
  • Vendor and contractor agreementsContracts with suppliers and contractors, plus the W-9s you collect before you pay them.
  • NDAsA standard NDA as a template, ready to send before a meeting. See how to sign an NDA online.
  • Paper that still shows upA contract signed in ink, a receipt, an ID. Scan it into a clean PDF and keep it with everything else.

Three ways a document gets signed

  1. 1

    Scan it

In the iPhone and iPad app, the camera finds the page edges and makes the text searchable. On a computer, Scan with your phone turns phone photos into a PDF in your draft.

  2. 2

    Sign in person

At the counter or on a job site, choose Sign in person and hand over your phone or iPad. The customer is guided field by field.

  3. 3

    Send a link

Everyone else signs from a link on any phone or computer, with no account. Set the signing order and a sign-by date, and reminders follow up on their own.

Each send is an envelope: one or more documents going to one or more signers. When the last person signs, everyone gets the sealed PDF with a certificate of completion and audit trail.

Pages for your kind of business

The features that save the most time

  • Templates. Save a document once with its fields. Calculated fields do the math, and conditional fields appear only when they apply.
  • Public links. Turn a template into a link or QR code. Each person who signs gets their own envelope.
  • Bulk send. One CSV, one envelope per row, on every paid plan. Good for yearly agreements and policy updates.
  • Alana. Describe the job and the AI assistant fills the fields and adds the signers. Nothing goes out until you send it.
  • Signer languages. Customers read the signing page, emails and consent in any of 6 languages, Spanish included.
  • Connect an AI. Ask Claude or ChatGPT what's waiting for signature. Anything that sends waits for your approval in SignMaster.

One price for the team

Free covers 3 envelopes a month for one person. Solo is $15 a month with unlimited envelopes. Crew is $49 a month for 5 people, with your logo on emails and signing pages. Company is $99 a month for 15 people, and extra teammates are $8 a month on any paid plan. New workspaces get 14 days of Crew free, no card. See all plans.

What SignMaster doesn't do

  • It doesn't take payments or deposits.
  • It sends by email, not text. You can copy a signer's link and text it yourself.
  • There's no Android app. Android users sign and send from the browser.
  • It doesn't supply contract templates or legal advice. You bring your documents.
