Send it once. Let reminders do the chasing.
Most signatures don't happen in the room. Upload a PDF, add your signers and send. They sign from a link on any phone or computer, and SignMaster follows up until the last signature is in.

From PDF to signed in four steps
- 1
Add the documents
Upload one or several PDFs, start from a template or scan paper. They travel together in one envelope, SignMaster's word for one send: one or more documents going to one or more signers.
- 2
Add people and fields
Each person is a signer, a CC who gets the finished copy, or a viewer. Place signature, initials, date, text, checkbox and other fields, or let Alana place them next to the signature lines.
- 3
Set the rules
Signing order, a sign-by date, automatic reminders, an expiry if you want one, and an access code for sensitive documents.
- 4
Send and track
Each signer gets an email with a private link. You see when they open it, and when the last person signs, everyone gets the sealed PDF with its certificate of completion.
The controls that save follow-up
- Signing orderOne at a time, so the customer signs before you countersign, or all at once. A signer group lets any one of several people sign for a slot.
- Sign-by datesA soft deadline. As it gets close, reminders switch to due tomorrow, due today and overdue. The link keeps working after the date.
- RemindersAutomatic reminders on the schedule you pick, plus a Remind button for when you want to nudge someone now.
- Access codesAsk for a code you share with the signer, or a one-time code SignMaster emails them, before the document opens.
- CorrectionsWrong email or a missed field? Fix unsigned signers, their fields, the message or the dates after sending, or reassign a signer. Void it to start over.
- Copy linkCopy a signer's private link and share it yourself, in a text or a chat, when email isn't reaching them.
What your signers see
An email with your company's name and a button. The link opens the signing page on any phone or computer: no account, no app, no password. They agree to sign electronically, fill their fields and sign by drawing or typing. Someone who'd rather use a pen can print, sign on paper and upload it, unless you turn that off. If they decline instead, the envelope shows it, so you can follow up.
The signing page, emails and consent can appear in any of 6 languages, and signers can switch at any time. Attachment fields let them upload a PDF or photo while they sign.
Plans
Every plan can send. Free sends 3 envelopes a month for one person; Solo, Crew and Company send unlimited envelopes. Reminders and resends never count as another envelope. Your logo on emails and the signing page comes with Crew and Company. Compare plans.
Good to know
- SignMaster sends signing requests by email, not text message. Copy the link when you need another way in.
- It doesn't collect payments with a signature.
- Sending the same document to a long list? Use bulk send instead of one envelope at a time.
Questions? Answers.
Do signers need a SignMaster account?
No. They open a private link on any phone or computer and sign. Nothing to install, no password.
What counts as an envelope?
One send. An envelope can hold several documents and several signers, and reminders or resends never count again. Paid plans have no envelope limit at all.
Can I change an envelope after I've sent it?
Yes, for anyone who hasn't signed yet. Correct their email, fields, the message or the sign-by date, or hand their turn to someone else. To start over, void it and send a new one.
What happens when someone declines?
The envelope is marked declined, so you can see it right away, sort it out with the signer and send a corrected version.
