One spreadsheet. A personal envelope for everyone on it.
Renewals, policy updates, yearly agreements: when the same document goes to a long list, bulk send turns one spreadsheet into one envelope per person, each with their own name, details and private link.

How bulk send works
An envelope is SignMaster's word for one send: one or more documents going to one or more signers. Bulk send makes one for every row of your file.
- 1
Start from a template
Pick the template with its signer roles and fields: name, address, price, whatever changes from person to person.
- 2
Upload or paste your CSV
One row per person. Columns fill each signer's name and email, an access code if you use one, and any template field whose label matches the column header.
- 3
Check the matches
Preview which column fills what before anything goes out. Add each person's name to their envelope's title, like Lease renewal – Jane Doe, if you want.
- 4
Send and watch the batch
SignMaster sends at a steady pace and shows each row as waiting, sending, sent, failed or skipped. Fix a failed row and retry it, or stop the rest.
- 5
Download the results
A CSV with every row, its envelope and that envelope's status, so you know who's signed and who needs a call.
From there, each envelope behaves like any other: automatic reminders, a sign-by date, and the sealed PDF with its certificate of completion when the person signs.
Where it fits
- Seasonal renewalsLast year's customers, this year's agreement. Holiday lighting and landscaping crews renew a whole route at once.
- Maintenance plansHVAC companies renew every plan member from one list.
- Lease renewalsProperty managers send each tenant their own renewal with the new rent filled in.
- Policy acknowledgmentsA handbook update or policy sign-off to everyone on the team, each signed and tracked.
Bulk send is for the same document going to many people. If every job is its own contract, send from a template one at a time. If you want people to sign up on their own, a public signing link from the same template does that.
Plans and limits
| Plan | Rows in one bulk send |
|---|---|
| Free | Not included |
| Solo, $15 a month | 250 |
| Crew, $49 a month | 500 |
| Company, $99 a month | 1000 |
Each row is its own envelope, and paid plans have no envelope limit, so a long list never costs extra. Need more rows than your plan allows? Split the file into a few sends. Compare plans.
Questions? Answers.
Does each person get their own envelope?
Yes. Every row becomes a separate envelope with that person's details and their own private link. Nobody sees anyone else's copy.
Does bulk send use up envelopes?
Each row counts as an envelope, but Solo, Crew and Company have no envelope limit, so it doesn't change what you pay.
Is bulk send on the free plan?
No. Free includes 3 envelopes a month, so bulk send starts on Solo.
What if a row has a bad email address?
That row is marked failed and the rest keep going. Fix the row in the batch and retry it.
