Terms of Service

Last updated October 9, 2026

SignMaster is a product of Master Software Solutions LLC. These terms are an agreement between you and Master Software Solutions LLC about your use of SignMaster at www.usesignmaster.app. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them.

1.The service

SignMaster lets you upload documents, place signature and form fields, send them to people for electronic signature, and receive a completed document with a certificate and audit trail. It includes Alana, an AI assistant that can suggest field values, place fields and add recipients for you to review.

“You” means the person or organization that creates a workspace. “Signers” are the people you send documents to. Signers use SignMaster only to review and sign what you send them, under the electronic signature disclosure.

2.Accounts and workspaces

You must give accurate information, keep your password safe, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for everything that happens in your workspace, including what your team members do. Owners and admins control who joins the workspace and what role each person has.

Tell us right away at support@usesignmaster.app if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

3.Your documents and data

You own the documents you upload and the completed agreements you receive. You give us permission to store, process, display and transmit them only as needed to run the service for you, including sending them to the signers and recipients you choose.

You confirm that you have the right to send each document, and that sending it does not break any law or anyone else's rights. You can download your completed documents at any time while your account is active.

4.Electronic signatures

SignMaster is designed to meet the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). Each signer consents to sign electronically before signing, and each completed document includes a certificate of completion and a timestamped audit trail.

Some documents can't be signed electronically or need extra formalities, for example wills and testamentary trusts, certain court documents, notices of utility shut-off, foreclosure or eviction, and documents that must be notarized or witnessed. You are responsible for deciding whether an electronic signature is appropriate for each document you send. SignMaster does not give legal advice.

5.Alana, the AI assistant

Alana's suggestions are generated by an AI model and can be wrong. Nothing Alana prepares is sent until you review it and choose to send. You are responsible for the final content of every document you send. Alana never signs on anyone's behalf.

To answer your requests, the relevant document text and your instructions are processed by our AI provider. They are not used to train AI models.

6.Plans, trials and billing

Plans, prices and limits are listed on the pricing page. New workspaces start with a free 14-day trial of the Crew plan. No card is needed. When the trial ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Fees are non-refundable. We refund only billing errors, and refund requests must be made in writing, as set out in our Refund Policy, except where the law requires otherwise. Prices exclude taxes, which you pay where they apply. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects your plan.

If a payment fails we will retry it and tell you. If it still isn't paid, your workspace moves to the Free plan. Documents already sent for signature keep working on every plan, and you keep access to your completed documents.

7.Acceptable use

You agree not to use SignMaster to:

  • send spam, phishing, or documents meant to deceive or defraud anyone;
  • impersonate anyone or forge a signature;
  • upload malware, or content that is illegal or infringes someone's rights;
  • probe, overload or get around the security or usage limits of the service, or access another workspace's data;
  • resell the service without our written permission.

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules or puts other customers at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first.

8.API and integrations

On plans that include the API, you may connect other applications, such as EstimateMaster, to your workspace. Keep API keys secret, since anyone holding one can act on your workspace within its permissions. You can revoke a connection at any time in Settings. We may rate-limit API use to protect the service.

9.Cancellation and closing your account

You can stop using SignMaster at any time. Before you delete your account, download the completed documents you want to keep. You can delete your account in the SignMasterapp or in Settings on the web; we delete it 7 days after you ask, and you can cancel until then. If you're the only member of your workspace, the workspace is deleted too, except the signed copy of each completed document and its certificate of completion, which we keep securely for 7 years after it was signed and then delete. We may end these terms if you materially break them and don't fix the problem after we tell you.

10.Warranties and liability

We work hard to keep SignMasteravailable, secure and accurate. Even so, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

You will defend and indemnify Master Software Solutions LLC against claims arising from documents you send or from your breach of these terms.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms.

12.Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions? Email support@usesignmaster.app.
