Bulk send
Bulk send is a way to send the same document to many people at once, where each person gets their own copy to sign instead of everyone signing one shared document.

When to use it
Anything where the same form goes to a list: policy acknowledgments for a whole crew, NDAs for event vendors, W-9s from every subcontractor, offer letters for a seasonal team. Without bulk send, you'd prepare and send each one by hand.
How it works in SignMaster
- 1
Start from a template
Pick a template with its signer roles and fields already placed.
- 2
Add a spreadsheet
Upload or paste a CSV with a row per person.
- 3
Match the columns
Map each column to a signer's name, email or a field, then check every row before anything sends.
- 4
Send
Choose the message, sign-by date and reminders. Sending runs in the background, and the batch page shows progress live.
Each row becomes its own envelope (one send, with its own signers, signed PDF and certificate). Bulk send is on paid plans; see pricing.
