For landscapers

Season agreements signed before the first mow

Landscaping paperwork follows the calendar. Spring brings renewals and cleanups, summer brings design-build jobs, and fall brings snow contracts if you plow. SignMaster gets each one signed without chasing customers around a property.

What landscapers send for signature, by season

Renew the whole route at once

Renewals are the biggest time saver. Keep your maintenance customers in a spreadsheet, then bulk send your agreement template from one CSV file. Columns fill each customer's name, email, property address and price, and every row becomes its own envelope, SignMaster's word for one send: one or more documents going to one or more signers.

Automatic reminders chase the stragglers, so the office isn't calling down a list in March. When the season's agreements are in, export the filled-in answers, like gate codes or a preferred service day, to a spreadsheet for routing. Bulk send is on every paid plan, and paid plans have no envelope limit.

On the property

For design-build work, walk the yard, finish the proposal and choose Sign in person. Hand your phone or iPad to the homeowner and they're guided field by field. In the iPhone and iPad app, only your Face ID or passcode leaves signing mode. If one spouse is at work, they sign the same envelope later from a link on any phone or computer.

Mid-season changes, like an extra bed, a different paver or a drainage fix, go out as their own short change order. Build it as a template with a calculated total, and get the new price signed before the crew starts.

Snow contracts, two ways to price

If you plow, one template can handle both seasonal and per-push pricing. Add a choice for the pricing type, then conditional fields that only appear for the option the customer picks. The customer sees one clean form, and you keep one template instead of two.

HOAs and commercial properties

  • Signing order: the property manager signs first, then the owner or board president. Each person gets their link when it's their turn.
  • Signer groups: when any one board member can sign, put the board in a group. The first to sign fills the slot.
  • Attachments: ask for a site map or the board's approval with an attachment field the signer fills in while signing.

For new residential customers, turn your spring cleanup agreement into a public signing link. Post it on your website or print the QR code on a door hanger, and each person who signs gets their own envelope. Responses count toward your plan's envelopes.

Spanish-speaking customers see the signing page, emails and consent in Spanish. Signers can switch among 6 languages.

Pricing

Free covers 3 envelopes a month for one person. Solo is $15 a month with unlimited envelopes and bulk send. Crew is $49 a month for 5 people, with extra people at $8 a month each, and Company covers 15 people for $99 a month. New workspaces get 14 days of Crew free, no card. See every plan.

What SignMaster doesn't do

  • It doesn't schedule crews, plan routes, measure properties or price jobs.
  • It doesn't invoice or collect payments.
  • It sends signing requests by email, not text. You can copy a signer's link and text it yourself.

Questions? Answers.

Can I renew all my maintenance customers at once?

Yes. Upload a CSV of your customers and send your renewal template to all of them. Each gets their own envelope with their address and price filled in, and reminders follow up automatically.

How do I get an HOA board to sign?

Add the manager and the board in signing order, or put the board in a signer group so whichever member signs first completes that step. Nobody needs an account.

Can one contract cover both seasonal and per-push snow pricing?

Yes. A choice field picks the pricing type, and conditional fields show only the prices that apply to the option chosen.

Do customers need an app or an account?

No. They sign on your phone or iPad in person, or open a link on any phone or computer. No account, nothing to install.
